Margaret Leith Sinclair Wheeler (1897-1962)

Margaret was the third daughter of John and Isabella Wheeler of North East Valley Dunedin, she is remembered as a placid and good natured person. Margaret spent all of her working life at Ross and Glendining’s Roslyn Mill employed as a ‘presser’ and ‘looker’, the latter meaning one who checks the garments for defects in manufacture. Margaret never married and is buried here with her parents.
