Elizabeth Martha (Bessie) Jones nee Barry c1844 – 21 April 1902

Bessie Barry married Fitzhardinge Jones in 1863 in Bangalore, India. They had eight daughters including a set of twins and three sons. Some were born in India and some in New Zealand after the family came to New Zealand in 1867. Bessie died a year before her husband, on 21 April 1902 aged 58.
